As soon as possible, with a minimum of two months assuming there is availability for your event. Consultations, tastings, and decisions ensure we can accommodate your event appropriately so we recommend starting as soon as possible!
We love road trips and are willing to travel to help make your event as memorable as you would like! We are based out of Rancho Cucamonga and will travel up to a 40-mile radius. Anything further, will be an additional $.75/mile.
Luckily, we have a canopy that can accommodate surprise weather events!
Due to California laws and regulations, we are not to purchase or sell alcohol at your event. But you’re in luck, as we are equipped with easy to use order guides with suggested purchase amounts based on guests, and other tools to eliminate any stress this process may cause. We are available every step of the way and the good news is we have partnered and built great relationships with local vendors to alleviate the high markup rates of retail alcohol prices! Sounds like a win-win doesn’t it?
Arybella is a full service mobile bar providing 6 taps (wine, beer, champagne, specialty batch cocktails, Prosecco, cold brew, mocktails, pressed juices and others), two certified/experienced bartenders, cocktail creations, customization, fresh ingredients, tools, décor, signage, ice, cups and other items you may need to match and enhance your event. Want to hear more? We even have all the equipment to set up a special full-service bar to shake up your favorite craft cocktails!
Absolutely! We can use our Piaggio for mocktail recipes, juices, cold brew coffee, and other non alcoholic beverages!
Arybella is petit and stout which guarantees she is able to squeeze her way into numerous locations. She is 6 ft tall and 5.5 ft wide, 10 ft long.
Arybella requires approximately 50 feet to reach an outlet to provide lighting and power of the mobile bar. If outlets are not available a generator can be provided at an additional cost.
Yes, we carry general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. We can also provide copies upon request.
